Requires specific handling, packaging, or documentation. Examples include Perishable goods, Dangerous Goods, Live Animals and Valuable Cargo.

Multiple shipments from different shippers bundled into a single flight. This is a cost-effective option but has longer transit times.

Entire aircraft is chartered for a single shipment.
